Business operation responsibility
・Finding key strategic questions to deliver strategic solution to achieve Seprafilm business long term goal for better patients QOLs.
・See business differently with right level of financial goals and with Biosurgery team ( 5 FTE )
・Support Biosurgery sales team to help 750 distributors MRs achieving their sales goals.
・Build up mutual relationship with Kaken management team and working team.
Project management responsibility
・Communicate with global R&D and Medical team to create new product life cycle management in surgical area.
・Execute development process with local project team (Industrial affairs / Supply chain /R&D/ Medical / Business alliance) and with each functions in partner company.
・Ensure launch readiness, commercial activity with SDR, KOL management.
・Proactive communication with internal stakeholders is mandatory (BU heads, Finance/ Controlling, BD, R&D, IA, SC, Legal, PV, MA and Compliance)
Talent management and development responsibility
・Stimulate patients 1st culture in team as core mission.
・Support talent development to expand their future career capabilities in Sanofi.
・Tracking tasks and seeking GAPs which should be solved by communicating with stakeholders.
Change organization and talents
・Maximize Biosurgery marketing team capabilities.
Candidate can be a successor of head of Biosurgery Marketing in a Year or two.
Knowledge And Skills:
-Surgical anatomy, procedures and technical trend to capture market timely
-Healthcare system for surgical device to see the future development
-Competitive and new device information to predict an opportunity or risk (procedure change)
-Market access, unique access and standard rules for device delivery to HSP over device WHS
-Direct access to KOLs in each targeted procedures and expertise.
-Sharing surgical device compliance and customs to the pharma expertise.
-Surgical device unique regulatory pathway and its overview.
-Marketing knowledge and skills (flame work to share market condition to stakeholder simply and efficiently)
-Experience to execute marketing operation within sales team.
-Manage KPIs for each project
-Lead talent development
-Presentation skill to convince customers internally and externally.
-Develop successors for sustainable growth with new idea and approach.
Formal Education And/or Experience Required:
-3 Years’ experience as sales rep in domestic field with successful track record
-3 Years’ experience as marketing in global company, leading a successful team
-Fundamental operational knowledge and view (Partner company management /Accounting and Finance/ Compliance in in device industry )
-Presentation capabilities in English in a logical manner
-Knowledgeable in utilizing Excel/ Power Point/ Word software
Knowledge And Skills Desirable But Not Essential:
-Field training experience
-Experience as a global project manager in international organization.
-Have one’s own story to serve and commitment to the patients.
