Position Summary:
We are still in the early stages of building the firm business platform in Japan after we officially launched our operations in Japan on May of 2014. In order to move on to the next stage of our business in Japan, we are now looking for an experienced hands-on, sales-oriented, driven and organized Account Executive of Channel Operations, who can help us managing Channel Partner Program and organizing Channel Operations/Processes in order to source new partner relationships, expand existing partnerships, while scaling our processes across all aspects of Channel Operations in Japan. As an important part of his/her roles, he/she will act also as the primary interface to Tier-1 partners on Renewal Sales and help us maintaining and maximizing ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) from renewing the service contracts.Our Channel team works in a dynamic environment touching on all aspects of our business. Our goal is to leverage strategic partnerships to exponentially grow adoption of our platform, revenue, and users. This role will be one of the key role in our expansion in Japan, and therefore this individual will have impact and influence, with a high degree of autonomy, energy, flexibility to drive Channel Operations.

Major Responsibilities:
 Report to Japan Channel Sales Director and assist him to do the following:
o Plan, implement and manage Channel Partner Program, training and seminars associated to the program.
o Periodically review various procedures and processes of Channel Operations, create the improvement plan and coordinate such the changes by closely working with Channel Sales and Channel Operations Team in Box HQ
o Lead the documentation and the execution of Channel Partner Program and Channel Operations o Maximize ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) from Renewals
 Manage Renewal Processes and responsible for retaining the target ARR from Renewals by doing the following:
o Manage Renewal schedules quarterly, communicating the applicable partners and coordinating the internal processes to renew the contracts
o Manage the relationship with the Renewal Sales Division of Tier-1 partner so Work closely with Channel Sales, Customer Success Management Team and Sales Operations in order to keep customers’ satisfaction and to retain the customers

 Responsible for management of Channel Partner Program by doing the following:
o Create and manage the necessary documents associated to Channel Partner Program o Keep tracking on the record on official resellers’ compliance to Channel Partner Program
o Conduct effective communications to keep Channel Partner Program working fir the partners


Mandatory Qualifications
 3+ years in IT-related Channel Operations with Good Understanding on Channel Eco-system in Japan
 3+ years in SW (License) Renewal Sales
 Capability to communicate and coordinate with HQ to establish and keep the effective process of Channel Operations
 Detail oriented, very organized, capability to putting the effective business procedures/processes in place
 Understanding of the mind set of Channel Sales Excellent teamwork - organizing and managing with multiple stakeholders
 Obvious passion and people skills

Ideal Qualifications
 Strong academic background
 Fluency in English
 Experience on managing Channel Partner Program
 Experience working for a US headquartered business Experience working for a start-up business
 SaaS experience

 Ability to quickly and thoroughly gain understanding of Cloud Content Platform as our business model and Channel Operations associated to it
 Commitment to excellence, high integrity, and high energy
 Strong customer and partner focused on establishing and developing long term, lasting relationships
 Ability to identify the areas of improvement in Channel Operations and suggest the improvement plans
 Ability to team with different functions/departments across the company
